Provide deeper, richer contact information

For major cities, like NYC, you're zipcode must be specific. I have been searching by zipcode and it pulls up neighboring zipcodes and that's extremely frustrating because I get so many results.

I want to be able to get results of 100 or less to dig through but with zipcodes also giving neighboring zipcodes that I feel overwhelmed.

have the dead lead on the page with the activies - it currently has hot warm & cold - it makes it much easier to mark it dead there if it is dead....thank you

Ability to Sort by columns on the saved List

There should be a way to sort and filter the saved list. Right now, the columns are not sortable. It would make it easy to manage the list.

Currently, you cannot add or remove an individual lead from a list. You can only specify a general search query.

The ability to control an individual lead's presence in the list would improve my ability to maintain the list over time and keep it clean / focused on true opportunities.

Knowing when a customer is in the market for products/services I offer, would be the ideal time to reach out to the customer. Providing insights and Sales triggers customized to my customized audience search would be a huge benefit

It would be great to add a new business name that's not in your system

I called on Cable Assembly companies (3679-01). I'll drive from Houston to Austin (and many other places). Is there a way for me to find out companies with this SIC code on a predetermined route? Thanks

Can you update your contacts? because they are not up to date. Also some of the companies you have label as single are actually part of a franchise or Corp.

It's very frustrating with certain accounts that there are multiple records. You should allow subscription users to suggest a reconciled account.

For example when calling dentists, the account might pop-up as ABC Family Dentistry and there are 5 other accounts with Dr. Jane Doe DMD.

If Dr. Jane Doe is the dentist at ABC Family Dentistry, it would be nice to consolidate accounts into one unified account.

Dispo all calls of made to that custom at all the time the future reps know all the objestions of the customer's issues.

In List view, allow to sort by "exported"

Sell lists as an option instead of a monthly subscription. I don't need that many leads.

you don't need to spend tons of money to get your data corrected, costumer do it for you for free, just leave a Button on the same page of the contact , that tell you if the info is wrong customer click that button is like flags " correction needed!!!!!"

Provide a filter option to sort by your most recently contacted business.

For example, if I just change the lead status from nothing to a Cold Lead, I would like a way to sort in order of most recently changed Cold Leads.

have a feature, once you've set your leads to give you the best rout to go to them.

The exportable report for campaigns should have a conversion rate field.
