I think there should be a way to find out who is searching your type of company so that way you can follow the leads and call them.

Custom customer lists!
Ability to create custom list by adding clients individually. Currently, I need to go through 16 steps to create such a list. This is done by adding a custom tag, and then filtering by said tag. Very innefficient

Allow users to filter leads by gender, for use by gender-specific niched agencies.

Total Employees at all Locations
You already have a field indicating total number of employees for a company (as opposed to employees "at that location"). It would be great if that number was available in the downloads

Dynamic Search
I would like to be able to perform a dynamic search (e.g., google search) within a list. For example, when I open a list, I would have the ability to type a name, or number, and jump directly to the record.

quick filter the lists
be able to update the filters by right clicking on a specific filterable item for the whole list. For example, if I determine a specific SIC Code isn't right for my list, then I'd like to R-click exclude it from the list all together.

Prospecting follow Up
It would be ideal to have a auto generated follow up for businesses we touch that are interested but don’t agree to do an enrollment that day. If there was a way to mark a business “hot” “warm” “cold” and have actions plans associated with each signification I truly believe we would be able to work a territory much tighter and have less missed opportunities. It’s very difficult when you touch 100 roof tops a week to remember each and every scenario from each contact.

Real time ROP
It would be great when looking up clients to be able to see real time how much money they have paid into their policies minus claims for a real time ROP.

Filter mobile homes separately from single family homes
When you filter for just single family homes it pulls mobile homes as well. There should be a way to filter this down to being able to exclude mobile homes from the search or include them as needed. When I'm trying to find a home that meets a certain criteria (Single family built by a certain year) it brings back a lot of mobile homes that does not fit what I am looking to find. So being able to exclude them from the search would be more efficient.

Phone numbers
is it possible to get more accurate phone numbers? 99% of the phone numbers I end up calling are either disconnected. The other 1% do not belong to the leads.

School District Filter
"School District" as a Geography filter; filtering all businesses that are located inside each school district attendance zone.

include available emails in listings

should be able to export multiple email addresses from one business all at once, and not have to go back time and time again to do it over and over again

Multiple emails with records
Allow reporting on multiple/all job titles. You said something about a concern regarding a user unknowingly using all their credits, but your existing follow-on screen would warn of this. Having to run dozens of reports to get all the data is very time
consuming and inconvenient.Filters: Don’t list a job title if no records exist for it. This should be default behavior for all filters, but I’ve only seen it happen on the job title filter.
Save last report export options. This feature would have saved me 5 clicks for every report I exported, and is desperately needed, given…

Last Contacted Date
Add a separate date field that allows records to be sorted. This would enable me to have easily identify records that haven't been contacted by sorting them to the top of my list.

Access to changing the name of the contact
Contacts come and go... Need access to EDIT to change the name

export team reports without doing it one at a time!
Add ability for admins to be able to export their whole teams progress reports without doing it one at a time. This would save a lot of time. Also, the ability to see charts on usage for entire team versus one at a time
