I WOULD ESTIMATE 40% OF THE DATA IS OUTDATED. When you do 200 dials a day, that gets very frustrating. When I add a new owner, let it change your existing data and it's updated for you and everyone that uses it.(or have it programmed to go to your programmer and they can update it) Easy, huh? Same on phone # updates. And on Followup, that data needs to come up on a separate daily calendar so I know today's followups.
