Better filtering of commercial mail receiving agents and residential addressees
Either create your own or plug into someone else’s API and sort out commercial mail receiving agents and exclude home businesses to home addresses because a lot of businesses show up as UPS stores and other mailbox stores and a lot of “ excluded home businesses“ show up in residential neighborhoods so that would be a huge start
