Many companies have a LinkedIn page. Please consider adding a direct link to the LinkedIn page so it is easier to research additional employees who may not be in your database.

Better filtering of commercial mail receiving agents and residential addressees
Either create your own or plug into someone else’s API and sort out commercial mail receiving agents and exclude home businesses to home addresses because a lot of businesses show up as UPS stores and other mailbox stores and a lot of “ excluded home businesses“ show up in residential neighborhoods so that would be a huge start

Freedom with Campaign Designs

Follow up by geographical
on the follow ups, I would like to be able to search by areas. Since I start work before 8 AM, I would like to be able to quickly find my follow ups in time zones ahead of California.

Arrange, Move Tags
As a function under "Manage Tags", it would improve efficiency have the capability to arrange, and or sort, tags manually. Personally, this feature is constantly growing with some tags being used more frequently than others. In the case where a common tag is at the bottom of the list, I would like to move it to the top to access it more quickly in the dropdown.
